Nickel Plate Properties and Management is seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team! Leasing Professional (Clarksville, TN)

If you have terrific sales skills and love helping people, then this leasing professional position is for you.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet, assist, and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Ensure appearance of the model apartment and target apartments are in pristine condition
• Responsible for processing paperwork for application approval as well as renewal paperwork
• Create all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Assist Community Manager in ensuring all property marketing and resident activities are planned and executed
• Reliability to work for assigned shifts, office hours are Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
• Experience in customer service field, sales or property management preferred
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
• Possess great attention to detail
